The Talent Attraction team is looking to add an Intern to our team. You will assist in various recruiting functions such as interview scheduling, onboarding new hires and special projects. This position will be hybrid with access to work onsite in Needham, MA when needed.

In addition to gaining experience in the Human Resources department and developing a broad spectrum of skills, you will gain a strong understanding of Shark Ninjas dynamic business and the consumer products industry.

Responsibilities:

Hiring Process

· Schedule candidate interviews

· Communicate with internal teams and candidates via email about interview schedule

· Handle in real time issues with tech/video interviews, changes to schedules, travel arrangements

New Hire Onboarding

· Submit background checks

· Coordination new hire activities with IT, Human Resources and Hiring Managers

· Coordinate onboarding process for new hires to include Welcome Email and new hire gifts

· Schedule meetings for first 90 day onboarding activities like CEO Roundtable, goal setting, manager check ins

 Special Projects

· Generate ideas for social media

· Assist with University hiring during busy season

· Process department invoices, track expenses for VP’s budget

· Work on other projects as needed

Desired Skills/Experience

· Current student majoring in management, business-related field, or human resources

· Available full-time 30 - 40 hours

· Internship is June - December

· 2022 Graduates are welcome to apply

· This position is remote with requirement to work onsite in Needham 1 day a week

· Strong communication skills (in person and email)

· Word, Excel, Outlook

· Customer service skills are required

· Ability to shift with changing priorities and stay organized

· Experience working in an office environment

· Interest in Recruiting, HR preferred
