Job Description

 

As a member of the Corporate team, you will be a part of the backbone of a company that builds and brings to market artificial intelligence technologies, including natural language processing and cognitive computing. You will build best practices that will serve internal (and sometimes external) customers and business partners.

 

Assist with job description project resulting in increased efficiency of the hiring process. Work with HR and the appropriate manager to ensure job descriptions are in the correct format to feed downstream processes, include all of the details needed for critical business activities: recruiting, compensation analysis, and career planning.

 

 

Phase One:  Revise existing job descriptions contained in active Job Profiles in Workday to align with the current job description format.

 

Phase Two:  Obtain any missing required details⎯such as years of experience, education level, and required training and/or certifications⎯for job descriptions contained in active Job Profiles using the same prioritization methodology as Phase One.

 

Phase Three:  Work with managers to review all job descriptions tied to active job profiles and make any necessary revisions to ensure the job descriptions correctly reflect the current duties and responsibilities for each position currently linked to the job profiles.
