Growth Strategy Rotation Program at Rapid7
The Rotation Program is an immersive 18 month program aimed at building skills, collaboration and creating company affinity. In Rapid7's Rotation Program, you will develop lifelong skills for your career including Leadership, Initiative, Problem Solving, and Functional Expertise. Participation in group learning and community engagement is aimed at building a broader perspective while working cross collaboratively as a cohort and testing the skills you're learning in your track.
The Rotation Program is composed of three tracks focused on specific areas of the business. In these three rotations, you'll gain the skills to take products to market in a comprehensive manner. You'll learn how we connect meaningfully with our customers, as well as acquire an understanding of how those customers think about and engage with our products. You'll learn the importance of customer advocacy at Rapid7 through our go-to-market teams including user experience, customer success, and demand generation. You will do this by conducting customer interviews and surveys to capture and analyze feedback, creating journey maps, mockups and prototypes for user interfaces. You'll lead projects, implement business processes, and build relationships with key stakeholders by analyzing their interactions with companies and brands. You will also gather feedback and data to determine how well leads perform, analyzing for trends and conclusions, and make suggestions to demand generation on future investments.
