Client Marketing & Performance Co-op:

About the Team:
The Customer Engagement team drives growth, performance, and satisfaction by delivering content to clients through strategic communication channels delivered to the right user at the right moment. This team is responsible for all client communications and content related to issues, product updates and performance, including email, in-application messaging, newsletters, webinars, and our 200,000+ user client Community. We support all types of customers, ranging from a one doctor practice to a large, networked organization.
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Customer Engagement team at athenahealth. You must be passionate about the client experience and process improvement, and ready to jump in and quickly familiarize yourself with our products and services.
Customer Events Co-Op

  • As a member of the Client Events Working Group, the co-op will assist the project leads with a variety of project management and content development tasks such as organizing review sessions and speaker preparation.
  • Support the team lead with the development of virtual programming including videocasts, webinars and new pilots.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting on customer invitations, registration and client confirmation communications for events
  • Contribute to ad hoc initiative projects and pilots as they arise


Platform Project Management Co-op

  • Support the platform migration of our customer community, including light project management
  • Support change management activities to help customers move and adjust from one platform to another
  • Assist with design of new site pages and content development
  • Create instructional material to assist users (internal and external) with using the new platform


Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and communications skills
  • Strong listening and monitoring skills
  • Solid project management skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn our systems and get up to speed on our products and services
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges
  • Strong MS Excel skills a plus
  • Experience with Adobe design suite a plus
