About the Team: The Customer Engagement team drives growth, performance, and satisfaction by delivering content to clients through strategic communication channels delivered to the right user at the right moment. This team is responsible for all client communications and content related to issues, product updates and performance, including email, in-application messaging, newsletters, webinars, and our 200,000+ user client Community. We support all types of customers, ranging from a one doctor practice to a large, networked organization.
Responsibilities:We’re looking for an energetic, motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Customer Engagement team at athenahealth. You must be passionate about the client experience and process improvement, and ready to jump in and quickly familiarize yourself with our products and services.
