Rue Gilt Groupe is looking for bright, creative, and passionate students to join our Summer Internship program. This is an exciting opportunity to gain great professional experience, apply your relevant academics and grow professionally. And you can do it at a highly-recognized eCommerce leader in the heart of Boston’s Fort Point District.

The 2019 Summer Internship program is a 10 week unpaid internship. The program is a full time summer commitment of 40 hours per week, open to rising college sophomores, juniors and seniors. You will work closely with talented Rue associates in our vibrant culture and will receive strong mentoring to accelerate your learning.

Purpose & Responsibilities: 

• The Intern will support the Creative Operations team in day to day functions including (but not limited to):
  • Daily review of our website creative assets
  • Review new creative requests daily and set up new projects
  • Monitoring edit requests for creative assets
  • Support strategic projects that our r Sr. Project Manager is leading
• The Intern will gain visibility to the Creative Operations day-to-day processes through shadowing, attending key meetings, and supporting the team.
• The Intern will also support the Merchandising Operations team on special projects throughout their time at RGG. Including:
  • Review of incoming feedback from our Member Advisory board and execution of key projects we will have with our Customer Insights team
  • Competitive analysis and documentation of the customer lifecycle
  • Support of our Very Rue Personal Shopper program with daily marketing activities and strategic analysis of the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and interest in project management and e-commerce operations
• Experience in using excel and PowerPoint
