Accounting Intern
HubSpot’s accounting team is looking for a part-time intern who is a self-starter and can handle independently completing projects for various team members.
In this role, you will help the accounting team close the books on a monthly basis, as well as assist with ad hoc projects as they come up.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures
- Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Support the 3rd party payment processing team
- Process Concur/Credit Card Expense reports
- Assist with preparation of audit and review packages for external auditors
- Complete special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate college program
- Applicable business major, preferably Accounting or Finance
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
- Proficiency in Excel
