How you'll make an Impact:
As the Manager of International Accounting, you will be a crucial part of our team, overseeing the timely and accurate reporting of our foreign subsidiaries in accordance with both US GAAP and local statutory requirements. This position reports to the Director of Accounting and Reporting and works closely with our General Ledger, Tax and Treasury teams.
What you'll do:
- Manage and coordinate international accounting, reporting and compliance activities with third party accounting services providers
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting international accounting
- Management of US GAAP to statutory/local GAAP reconciliation
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies and prepare related accounting entries
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors as needed
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
The Experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA (or equivalent certification)
- 5+ years of accounting experience (preferably in the SaaS industry)
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Global/international accounting experience with diverse teams across different time zones
- Experience with transfer pricing documentation and accounting
- Ability to manage priorities effectively, ensuring key deadlines are met
- Experience in maintaining compliance with internal controls
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Bonus points if you have:
- Working knowledge of NetSuite Multi-book Accounting and Workiva
- Public accounting experience
- Successful implementation of financial reporting systems

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $121,200 - $160,000 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
