Profile Summary:An Integration Analyst (IA) will be responsible for accurate, reliable, and efficient electronic data interchange (EDI) between Benefitfocus and other businesses on behalf of their mutual customers.    The IA will be a part of the Benefitfocus Implementation team with the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:
  • EDI account structure mapping and configuration within the Benefitfocus system.
  • Conduct test planning in partnership with internal and external project team members to ensure maximum test coverage. 
  • Responsible for the execution of test plans to ensure delivery of quality product.
  • Document and report defects found during testing, contributing to quality product implementation.
  • Work directly with customers and trading partners to troubleshoot, research and resolve identified defects.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Successfully handle a large workload of concurrent projects.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing input to project plans, and providing status updates.
Required Experience: 
  • BS/BA Degree or 5+ years software testing experience (EDI).
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and the transmission of enrollment data via EDI.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused professional with strong follow-through who consistently keeps commitments to customers and fellow associates.   
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction, collaboration, and self-learning. 
  • Strong planning and organization skills with a proven track record on delivering projects on time.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with teams and customers. 
  • Regularly exercises critical and analytical thinking to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$55,000-$60,000
