  • Assist in the preparation, editing, and refinement of written materials; coordinate with technical editors as needed.
  • Organize and lead project status meetings; document meeting notes, establish action items, and ensure accountability on follow-up tasks.
  • Provide regular updates to the CTO and stakeholders on project milestones and task completion.
  • Represent Boston Engineering at business meetings, industry events, and with partners in the fields of robotics, data science (AR, VR, ML, AI), and advanced manufacturing.

  • Assist in reviewing contracts and program applications to identify deliverables and support the planning of outstanding work.
  • Contribute to the documentation and improvement of organizational processes that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices relevant to innovation, engineering, and product development.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, grammatically sound, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven organizational abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives, and follow through on deliverables.
  • Comfortable presenting information to internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in an engineering/manufacturing-related field or a business degree with technical acumen
    • Three or more years experience required (this can include internship experience)
    • Self-starter with the ability to align technical innovation with business objectives.
    • Experience conceptualizing and developing visual content such as graphics, videos, and storyboards.
    • Familiarity with federal research and development programs and funding mechanisms.
    • Interest or experience in emerging technologies, including robotics, IoT, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), and artificial intelligence (AI).

This role is restricted to US persons (i.e., US citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 USC 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Boston Engineering will require proof of status prior to employment.
