HubSpot is looking for an Implementation Specialist who has fluency in Spanish and is interested in solving problems, implementing solutions and helping companies use software to achieve their goals.
Implementation Specialists are responsible for guiding customers through initial planning, software setup and tool training.
Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for team members who have the communication skills and flexibility to help with a variety of projects including:
- Launching campaigns with customers
- Driving product adoption across the customer base
- Improving and scaling the HubSpot software setup process
- Ensuring all customers complete the required technical setup as quickly as possible
HubSpot judges candidates on potential, not a list of skills. That being said, we're paying special attention if you have this experience:
- Professional fluency in Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
- Managing simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients
- Delivering product training sessions via phone and web conference software
- Building marketing & sales campaigns
- Driving marketing and sales team alignment
- Researching, troubleshooting and solving complex software issues
