What You Will Do:

• Conduct Needs/Requirements Analysis

• Assess Existing HR Technology Landscape

• Develop System Requirements Documentation

• Perform Alternatives Analysis for HRIS Solutions

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor of Science degree

• Minimum of FIVE (5) years working experience in HRIS platforms.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Infor.

• Ability to elicit, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.

• Understanding of how HR systems align with broader IT infrastructure and EA frameworks.

• Experience evaluating HR data integrity, reporting structures, and system interoperability.

• Ability to Obtain a Public Trust

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• HRIP Certification

• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards, ATO processes, and data governance.
