Workplace Experience Manager

As Rapid7’s Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and exceptional experience at our workplaces around the globe.

Some main responsibilities will include…

  • Lead our global Workplace Experience team.
  • Own making our offices/workspace an amazing place to visit.
  • General upkeep of all offices, ensuring we have proactive and reactive maintenance practices in place.
  • Manage current vendor relationships along with build relationships with new vendors.
  • Provide appropriate workplace communications to keep our employees informed.
  • Frequent reporting on business metrics and budget performance.
  • Implement and own emergency response, safety and first aid programs.
  • Ensure we have a safe working environment for our employees.
  • Be an advocate and catalyst for our company culture through their workplace experience.

You should have…

  • Great leadership skills and passionate about working in environments with high employee engagement.
  • An amazing attitude – personable, approachable, and always eager to help.
  • Work with and manage remote employees.
  • Great analytical and budget management skills.
  • Move management experience and space planning skills.
  • Experience with physical security systems and tools.
  • The ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail
  • A proactive work ethic - take ownership!

  • A desire to work both independently and on a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

It would be great if you have…

  • Experience in help desk tools and process design.
