Workplace Experience Manager
As Rapid7’s Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and exceptional experience at our workplaces around the globe.
Some main responsibilities will include…
- Lead our global Workplace Experience team.
- Own making our offices/workspace an amazing place to visit.
- General upkeep of all offices, ensuring we have proactive and reactive maintenance practices in place.
- Manage current vendor relationships along with build relationships with new vendors.
- Provide appropriate workplace communications to keep our employees informed.
- Frequent reporting on business metrics and budget performance.
- Implement and own emergency response, safety and first aid programs.
- Ensure we have a safe working environment for our employees.
- Be an advocate and catalyst for our company culture through their workplace experience.
You should have…
- Great leadership skills and passionate about working in environments with high employee engagement.
- An amazing attitude – personable, approachable, and always eager to help.
- Work with and manage remote employees.
- Great analytical and budget management skills.
- Move management experience and space planning skills.
- Experience with physical security systems and tools.
- The ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail
- A proactive work ethic - take ownership!

- Bachelor's Degree.
