DataRobot is seeking an ambitious individual to support multiple areas of DataRobot University’s machine learning and artificial intelligence educational advancement (training) efforts. We’re a rapidly growing company still operating with a startup mentality. We are looking for someone who looks at no task as too small, and is always in search of ways to accelerate the role, the company, and themselves. You will have extraordinary attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and the composure to juggle multiple critical requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule public and private DataRobot University training sessions
  • Register students for classes using our automated tools
  • Maintain swag supplies; take stock, organize and ship swag globally
  • Support universities adopting DataRobot (as part of our Academic Support Program)
  • Provide performance reporting on DataRobot University programs
  • Coordinate various logistics for classes globally, including working with various caterers, and researching venues to meet specifications
  • Assist universities adopting DataRobot (as part of our Academic Support Program) by tracking engagement and issuing student account access codes
  • Maintain positive and professional staff and customer relationships; greet and welcome all customers to our onsite education classes
  • Provide performance and operational reporting on DataRobot University classes and operational endeavors

Necessary Skills

  • At least two years demonstrated experience in an administrative or similar role 
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, recall, and communication
  • Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new, non-traditional software and extended business processes 
  • Can accept and understand multiple nuances without frustration
  • Comfort and skill working across the board with employees and customers of all levels
  • Ability to keep track of many threads – understanding what must happen in a day, a week, a month – while keeping the mission in mind
  • Ability to assess and communicate issues diplomatically without hesitation
  • Comfort and skill working with high-level corporate and university contacts
  • Excellent computer/software skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, WordPress, Salesforce, and/or similar) and ability to use a Mac
  • Experience with customer relationship management software and/or learning management systems is a plus
