Training Administrator - Financial Services
The Training & Development Administrator is a key and critical hands-on role at Vestmark. You will assist in delivering onboarding and refresher training courses to Vestmark clients externally. You will work with the training team to develop, market and deliver a client training certification program. You will also have the ability to deliver ad-hoc demo’s and new release functionality training as needed.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding Training Delivery and Development – Client Training 30%
- Participate in client training kickoff call outlining client training needs
- Provide initial demo’s during discovery process as requested
- Deliver current training program track to onboard new clients. (Train the Trainer, Operations Track and Manager Track)
- Develop hands on activities and quizzes related to current training curriculum
- Provide training support as needed during the UAT process including provide demo’s on specific functionality
- Provide training support with the rollout of the client training certification program
Deliver Home Office and Regional Training as needed – Client Training 20%
- Develop and deliver new training offerings for clients in the home office as well as regional sites
- Work with Relationship managers and marketing to promote training events
Develop and Produce Short Client Training Videos – 20%
- Develop short client videos outlining different pieces of the Vestmark software
- Research and create the script for the videos
- Deliver content in a timely manner
Client Audits – 20%
- Learn how client uses the product and document an operational playbook based on how client uses the product
- Document operational processes and work with project team to identify client opportunities for improvement
- Develop and deliver additional training as needed based on audit findings
Upgrade Training 10%
- Work with internal teams to deliver upgrade training via webex or on-site Vestmark's clients
- Test and verify that you can train on client desired functionality
- Create agendas and supplemental materials based on client needs
Required Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial services technology
- Experience with creating certification programs preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with proven record of delivering client training
- Experience with an Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
- Experience with Adobe Presenter and Adobe Captivate helpful
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial and technical information to both small and large groups in a clear and concise manner
- Business acumen with a proactive and creative approach to looking after the needs and concerns of Vestmark employees
- Self-motivated, able to plan, prioritize and work with a complex schedule of events and activities
- Excellent team player
- Experience in professional services or technical consulting with enterprise software
- Aptitude for comprehending enterprise software architecture
- Ability to travel up to 30%

- BA/BS degree
