Technical Sourcer/Recruiter
The Sourcer/Recruiter will work closely with our Engineer and Product hiring managers. They will be responsible for sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for roles based out of our Boston and Needham, MA offices. He or she will utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques to target top candidates.
What You Will Do
- Build and own a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key positions
- Work closely hiring managers to develop and execute tactical recruiting strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
- Understand and communicate what it takes to be successful at TripAdvisor. Live the brand.
- Identify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority roles
- Collect, measure, and evaluate market data
- Present funnel metrics to recruiting leaders and hiring managers on a weekly basis
- Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to close focusing on an outstanding candidate experience
- Flexibility to work on roles outside of Engineering and Product as needed
What You Will Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience required
- A strong understanding of Boolean string creations and sourcing is required
- Metrics-driven with a knack for compiling, interpreting, and communicating data
- A creative and strategic view of recruiting, with affinity toward social media as a recruiting tool
- Proven results in past roles including sourcing and/or recruiting
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the technology industry and how to recruit in it
