Technical Sourcer

We are currently seeking a Technical Sourcer who will work cross-functionally with key technology stakeholders and other members of the Engineering and People team to hire a large volume of software engineering professionals efficiently and thoughtfully. An ability to creatively leverage your passion for and prior knowledge of the tech community is a must. This role will be a core part of the tech recruiting and talent brand and will require outstanding people skills, a strong ability to execute, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re seeking a highly motivated Sourcer who understands technology, data & product and has a strong ability to build a pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing Excellence:

  • Be a thought partner to the Talent and Technology organizations to successfully support recruiting efforts for open roles
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team & the hiring managers to drive efficient progress on all roles, reporting relevant metrics and data
  • Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting process and diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Source & screen candidates for key open Engineering, Product, Design, and or/ IT positions to determine the fundamental fit
  • Track candidate pipelines in real-time and provide insights to the team regarding DEI metrics, blockers, and candidate feedback to adjust sourcing & hiring strategy

Become an expert on Indigo’s recruiting process and provide insight to the rest of the Talent Acquisition team for all open Tech & Product roles

  • Understand Indigo’s overall recruiting process and facilitate various meetings when needed
  • Identify and engage diverse, talented individuals who can contribute meaningfully to teams at Indigo
  • Manage technology used to complement the hiring process including digital interviews, relocation software, and assessment tools
  • Develop and maintain multiple strategies resulting in the engagement of passive talent
  • Ensure a top-notch Talent-brand, Candidate, and Customer Experience
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create strong content for Indigo’s brand, with an emphasis on tech space
  • Ensure an exceptional recruiting experience for candidates and for Indigo’s employees

Communicate Indigo’s story in a clear and compelling way that excites candidates

  • Learn the Indigo story, key elements of the talent brand proposition, and demonstrate strong ability to communicate the story and reasons to work at Indigo
  • Attend company-wide meetings to stay up to date on the latest project and milestones

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience working as a technical sourcer in an internal position or at a staffing agency
  • Experience sourcing active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, crafting Boolean, X-ray searches, advance sourcing techniques, leverage referral networks, and talent marketing strategies
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong network and understanding of the professional tech community & terminology
  • Startup + hyper-growth experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record with sourcing tech candidates from a variety of diverse talent pools
  • Demonstrated passion for building tech talent brand in a growing organization

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
