What you'll do?:

• Help source, identify, and engage with top industry talent across Software Engineering, Information Technology, Product, and all other corporate disciplines.
• Work with a variety of best-in-class tools to actively attract and manage perspective candidates
• Share Flexcar's mission and help drive candidate interest
• Draft engaging and positive messaging to connect with candidates and other talent
• Create sourcing campaigns from scratch
• Promote requisitions across various social platforms and job boards
• Provide a consistent source of incoming qualified candidates
• Support a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists'
• Collaborate on sourcing strategies, methods, and all things talent acquisition
• Maintain a focus on providing the best possible candidate experience
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week)

What drives success for this role:

• 2+ years of sourcing qualified applicants within software engineering and information technology. A major plus to have sourcing experience within product and marketing. This person will be leveraged in supporting all of the mentioned above departments. A willingness to learn is a must.
• Experience using "LinkedIn Recruiter" with the ability to create sourcing campaigns and candidate messaging/outreach from scratch. Kudo's if you know "Boolean" search strings!
• Being kind, engaging, honest, positive, perspicacious, and focused in interacting with people tremendously drives success within this role.
• Experienced in managing candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Exposure to and use of "Greenhouse ATS" is a huge plus!
• Knowledgeable in software engineering/IT concepts, methodologies, tools, and development languages
• Staying up to date on industry trends and movements
• Experience sourcing and managing multiple requisitions and search campaigns at once
• A desire and commitment to provide an exceptional candidate experience while engaging with perspective candidates
