Technical Sourcer

Description
Iterative Scopes is looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to help drive our team's rapid growth. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our company's talent acquisition strategy and support our experienced technical leadership as they build out their teams. You'll develop a network of great people who can unlock the potential of our company by working alongside the passionate and talented group we've already assembled. Beyond filling technical positions, you will help build and drive our talent acquisition and recruiting processes, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams to develop productive and effective people-oriented approaches. Above all, you will be critical to helping the Iterative Scopes team achieve its ambitions to improve patient diagnostics and treatment in the gastroenterology space.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Recruit and assess candidates within a strong network of talent
  • Conduct market research to build deep understanding of technical roles and how to find and attract the best-fit talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the market and talent network
  • Represent Iterative Scopes externally, providing insight into its mission, business model, and culture
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to build talent acquisition processes and execute against strategic goals
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to foster excellence and build productive working relationships and team norms


Requirements & Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Appetite for diving headfirst into accepting diverse and challenging assignments with rigor, intellectual curiosity, and tenacity.
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple strategic searches, projects and client relationships
  • Comfortable building and executing against short and long-term hiring strategies
  • Desire to make an impact in healthcare space, to help improve patient diagnostics and treatment


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience sourcing experience with in-house technical recruiting team, search firm, or agency
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
