TripAdvisor is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer/Recruiter who can help TripAdvisor to meet our aggressive hiring goals for 2018. This person must understand how to find, connect with and evaluate technical talent in a tight labor market.

The main focus of the position is generating new, full-stack software engineering candidates for our offices in Ottawa, Los Angeles, New York and Needham, MA. This person can be located virtually but preference is that they can visit one of those offices from time to time.
