Bevi is an environmental company that aims to entirely eliminate disposable bottles and cans through smart beverage machines that purify water and create healthy beverages on demand. Our first product is an IoT office water cooler that serves customizable sparkling and flavored water. We’re growing over 100% year over year and have raised over $60M in venture capital.

We are now seeking a Technical Recruiter who thrives on speed, scale and success. Our Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring our Engineering teams at Bevi have the talent and people they need to achieve their goals, and will be passionate about hiring the next generation of Bevi colleagues and leaders. As a core member of the People Operations team, you will cover a wide range of activities alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of People Operations. As a team, we partner with hiring managers across the Engineering functions to understand their needs, create consistent, strategic interview processes, and close high-quality candidates.

What you will do:

  • Drive full-life cycle recruitment across Bevi’s Engineering functions (Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing)
  • Direct source Engineering candidates by taking an analytical approach, exploring new sourcing avenues and technologies, and tailoring your strategy to the candidate pool
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to fully understand their functional needs and set recruiting priorities
  • Provide a white-glove experience from the very first point of contact with candidates (often, you!) to close and hire
  • Identify and attend events that promote our brand and culture to attract candidates, and act as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of Bevi at conferences, tech talks, happy hours, career fairs, etc
  • Track all recruiting activity using Workable (our ATS) with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven recruiting practices
  • Build and maintain a strong network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
  • Continuously innovate and look for new and creative ways to attract and select talent

How you will grow:

  • Engage with a talented Recruiting and People Operations team drawn from diverse sectors, and build your experience and toolkit in full-cycle recruiting and employee engagement
  • Explore a variety of innovative recruiting, branding and sourcing mechanisms, and make recommendations on new systems and partnerships
  • Deploy your energy and expertise to further the company's mission of sustainability, wellness, and positive personal and environmental change

Requirements

We think you will bring:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience focused on Technical/Engineering roles
  • Proven track record of building high-performing software and hardware engineering teams, either with an agency or in-house
  • The ability to grow and manage a high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and aptitude to become a trusted voice of the Bevi brand
  • Impeccable attention to detail, precision to maintain excellent records across several systems, and ace calendar management
  • Genuine interest in people and their careers, and a desire to connect with people on professional and personal levels
  • Ability to juggle many moving pieces and quickly pivot from one priority to another
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience at a start-up in high-growth mode a plus
