Job Description – Tech Recruiter (6-month contract to start with opportunity for perm)
We are looking for a savvy full-cycle tech recruiter to join the Tech recruiting team, which is comprised of 10 individuals and growing! In this role, you will build strong rapport with tech hiring managers, act like a consultant, and support their recruiting needs. As MassMutual continues its digital journey, the Digital and Data teams are growing and in need of a dedicated subject matter expert and point of contact to help deliver their robust growth plans!
Responsibilities:
- Complete full-cycle recruitment activities: source, screen, schedule, interview, offer, onboard, and hire
- Source passive candidates using a variety of techniques and tools to supplement inbound applicants
- Report daily metrics at high-level to quantify progress: # screens, # interview, # offers
- Host regular hiring manager check-in meetings to discuss status of recruiting and pipeline
- Build strong rapport with hiring managers
- Identify opportunities to optimize the recruitment process that would yield higher efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years experience in tech recruiting within fast-paced environment
- Experience with an ATS, i.e. WorkDay, Jobvite, Greenhouse, Taleo, etc …
- Proven successful experience sourcing independently passive talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to adjust & tailor work based on feedback from key stakeholders
Notes:
- 6-month contract to start and 100% remote working anywhere in US
- Option to work from Seaport, Boston, MA office and invited to all team outings, networking events, and conferences
