We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to join our Operations/Talent Acquisition team. Talent Sourcer's responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, and love technology, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us build a pipeline to fill our open jobs with qualified talents while maintaining excellent relations with the recruiting team. If you have experience working closely with leaders in technology to identify technical candidates for skills match, you should apply! You must be good at building alliances and working in a team environment, partnering with the Head of Talent for current and future recruiting needs.

Your Role:

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Github, and many other platforms)
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Coordinate with the lead recruiter and hiring managers to determine position requirements
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques existing and new/ innovative ones (e.g., Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Able to explain conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, and move along in the process
• Provide an incentive to referrals from current employees and external networks
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System: Workable)
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• 8+ years of previous recruitment experience across various disciplines including, but not limited to Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers
• Ability to work with ambiguity, fast change, and hyper-growth environment
• Ability to prioritize and go quickly to the analysis that gives maximum value in the shortest time frame
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
• Previous experience as a semiconductor recruiter is a great plus
