To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Talent Operations Analyst.
Your Impact:
As we continue to expand our People Operations Team, we are looking for a Talent Operations Analyst to focus on optimizing our global People team through program management, data driven operations and ATS and HRIS optimization. Your main responsibilities include partnering with our TA Directors to leverage our data to ensure optimization and global consistency across our Talent function and the implementation and ownership of our ATS and HRIS to drive maximum efficiency.
What you will do at Mirakl:
- Manage the implementation of a new ATS to ensure the appropriate setup to maximize user experience, data collection and information sharing.
- Train Talent Acquisition Team, Hiring Managers and Interview Participants on proper use of the ATS.
- Establish a reporting framework/cadence to drive consistent Talent Acquisition data sharing across the org.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the ATS on an ongoing basis.
- Support Talent Acquisition Directors in high level reporting requests.
- Research industry trends and recommend new tools, technology and processes to continuously enhance our Talent Acquisition function.
- Manage the implementation of a new HRIS system to ensure the appropriate setup to maximize user experience, data collection and information sharing.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the HRIS on an ongoing basis.
What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:
- Prior experience in a Talent/Recruiting Operations role
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs
- Prior experience with ATS/ HRIS Implementations (Workday or Greenhouse a plus)
- Highly analytical with a passion for data and reporting
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to explain system usage to team members at all levels
