We're investing in Talent Acquisition to accelerate our momentum and extend our market leadership and we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Talent Operations Analyst with experience providing actionable insights to an HR/ Talent Acquisition function. Our aim is to enhance experience of our candidates and hiring partners, and streamline an internal vision for excellence in hiring.

You are the innovator we need if you can:

  • Measure effectiveness of recruitment initiatives 
  • Provide insights on candidate conversion rates, sources, companies of origin, length of interview process, and salaries 
  • Design reporting data to inform the global recruitment team of trends and insights in different geographical locations 
  • Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate systems changes 
  • Draft and maintain a variety of business reports/queries aimed at enhancing operational efficiency 
  • Streamline reporting across the talent acquisition function 
  • Recommend technical enhancements to existing applicant tracking and reporting systems, and evaluate new tools to supplement reporting activities 
  • Identify any and all recruiter activity that puts candidate data at risk 
  • Provide ongoing best practices training to both talent acquisition team and business stakeholders/hiring managers

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 2+ years in a business intelligence or analyst role within a technology company
  • Experience enhancing global functions for a talent acquisition or HR department
  • Demonstrated success in identifying key metrics relevant to the business, and designing queries surrounding those metrics
  • A keen problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with Tableau, LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking or HRIS-related software
  • The ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations
