What you will do:

• Human Resources
  • Coordinate payroll
  • ATS and HRIS administration
  • Assist employees with HR related topics
  • Participate in special projects and department initiatives
• Office Management
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Keep kitchen fully stocked
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure timely payments
  • Plan team outings and events
• Recruiting
  • Coordinate interview schedules
  • Manage candidate experience while in the office
  • Learn the recruiting life-cycle and assist as needed
  • Promote riskmethods via social media channels to increase employer brand

Requirements

Who you are:

• You have 1-2 years of experience and are interested in a career in Human Resources
• You are creative and can think outside the box
• You have a knack for planning fun team events
• You like to wear multiple hats and do what is needed to help the team
• You create engaging and unique social media content
• You are eager to collaborate with and learn from an innovative, global HR team
