• 1+ years' experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates at a growing company
• 1+ years' scheduling experience
• Tech or startup experience
• Spreadsheet and data reporting expert-love of data is a must
• Understanding of and excitement around KPIs/metrics/goals
