Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)
As a Bullhorn Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internally titled Talent Acquisition Business Partner II) you will focus on attracting, interviewing and onboarding new talent with across Bullhorn business units in North America. You’ll collaborate with internal hiring partners on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner II, a typical day might include:
Owning the full recruitment life cycle from intake to sourcing to interviewing to closing for a variety of positions across the US
Holding a strategy session with a Hiring Manager to kick off the recruiting process for a new Software Engineer in St. Louis
Using creative sourcing methods based on a recruitment strategy you created to deliver candidates for high level and visible openings
Conducting a phone interview with a great candidate you sourced in Boston
Contributing to a recruitment update call with your internal Talent Acquisition peers globally
Attending a team meeting for the business unit that you support to deepen the business partnership
This job might be for you if:
You’ve loved every moment of the 3+ years you’ve spent recruiting in a corporate or agency setting
You have a track record of successful recruitment across multiple geographies
You pride yourself on your ability to create and build upon both long-term and short-term relationships
You’re goal-driven, with a solid understanding of recruiting metrics and methods for achieving positive results across the talent acquisition space
Bonus points for:
Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS
2+ years of technical recruitment experience
Experience in an agency recruitment environment
