Talent Acquisition Specialist (High Volume roles) – Remote

The CA Talent team is looking for a self-driven individual to join our growing team. The Talent Specialist, reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, will lead full cycle, high volume requisitions recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers to recruit the best talent. Additionally, they will support our team in its mission to ​create equitable hiring practices that promote diversity and inclusion at CA.

The impact you'll have:

  • Partner with hiring managers to create position descriptions and establish hiring processes for assigned requisitions
  • Source and screen candidates, including networking with passive candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with the offer negotiation process
  • Review high volume of resumes for time-sensitive roles with a sense of urgency and maintain a requisition load of 10-15 roles at a time
  • Manage wide scope sourcing campaigns for assigned roles, including posting positions on job boards, managing employee referrals, passive candidates, and various online platforms
  • Act as an ambassador of CA to candidates and to hiring managers ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Utilize diversity data on a weekly basis with hiring teams comfortably speaking to trends, areas of concerns and suggesting strategies to make improvements
  • Work on similar roles, but handle multiple seats per requisition 

Who you are:

  • Bring a proven experience in managing a high requisition load without losing an eye on top-quality talent
  • Experience sourcing or closing in a highly competitive talent marketplace
  • Strong aptitude in prioritizing and executing in high change environment with tight deadlines
  • Past success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
  • Strong customer management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to embrace change with a great attitude and be comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate large sets of information into a quick, digestible format

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, project manager, event management or related fields

Location: Currently, all Curriculum Associates employees are working remotely due to Covid-19. Once it is safe to go back into the office, a majority of the team will return to our home office in North Billerica, MA, however, we encourage folks from across the U.S. to apply to this role! If not in the greater Boston area, you should expect to travel to Boston at least once a year for team meetings (once it is safe to do so).
