Responsibilities

• Find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of our assessment process
• Source qualified candidates via proactive outreach, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to deeply understand hiring needs
• Design and implement robust search strategies to build deep pipelines for active and future roles
• Set a metrics-driven recruiting strategy to meet hiring targets
• Drive offer approval, extensions, and negotiations
• Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience

Requirements

• Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth company or agency that works with high-growth startups
• Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Passion for finding and connecting with the best talent
• Disciplined strategy to source, engage, and nurture prospective candidates
• Ability to understand the technical requirements for the roles you will be hiring
• Knowledge of the latest recruiting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience
• Experience recruiting both hardware and software roles
