Due to strong growth, this is a newly created position reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. As a key member on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for hiring the best and brightest into Corvus. Using people-first heart-led recruitment methods, you will have the opportunity to help build our talent acquisition function by supporting processes, systems, reporting, and tools, while growing the Corvus flock.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruitment for the most critical roles within Corvus. Focus will be on recruiting Underwriters throughout the United States
  • Provide a top-notch candidate experience that delights and impresses our candidates
  • Actively discover new ways to uncover and connect with top talent throughout the U.S.
  • Support a best-in-class recruitment function through the introduction, implementation and training on recruitment best practices  

Qualifications

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer
  • People-first, heart-led recruitment style
  • A strong understanding of your recruitment funnel. Where, when and why are there challenges? What are the possible solutions & implications of those solutions? Let’s brainstorm!  
  • Data-driven. You're comfortable making data-driven decisions and setting strategy based on the data
  • Corvus is quickly growing. We need high-flyers who can keep up with our pace!
