The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a talent ambassador for Buildium, focusing on junior – mid level roles across all departments. What you will do:

  • Partner with hiring managers as well as People Ops and Finance to understand organizational needs and formulate recruitment strategies
  • Coach hiring managers and interview teams on hiring and interviewing best practices
  • Leverage multiple online recruiting channels, live events and your own creativity to identify new talent sources to build your own talent communities
  • Build robust talent pipelines for high volume and hard to fill roles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process with an emphasis on building trust and engagement
  • Participate in the many ongoing projects we have on the docket from Talent Acquisition branding to process improvement and new recruiting programs
  • Bring energy and excitement everyday and share your ideas!

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, ever changing corporate / agency setting
  • Technical and/or sales recruiting experience a plus
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Results-driven, disciplined, resourceful and tenacious self-starter
  • Naturally competitive with yourself, but collaborative with others
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to take initiative
  • Team player who is open to learning and responds to challenges with a sense of urgency
  • Superb relationship orientation and strong collaboration skills -- able to prioritize and work cross functionally across multiple teams, build trust and influence all levels of organization
  • MOST importantly…sense of humor, humility and the motivation to get IT done!
