Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst - US Remote

What You Will Do:
In this role, you will work alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) and leaders to build our data-driven recruiting reporting and analytics strategy to support an effective employer branding, recruitment, and hiring experience. You will be tasked with getting a deep understanding of our organization and leveraging data to inform recruiting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Lead the talent acquisition data and insights initiatives; define, evaluate, and report on key indicators and reporting metrics for the TA organization on a global level
- Work closely with TA leadership to understand data requirements and deliver reporting and insights to support problem solving and business inquiries
- Translate complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for non-technical audiences
- Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies and advocate for continuous improvement via identifying clear measures of success as well as influencing process design to enable appropriate data capture
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, time sensitive data requests, insights to advise strategic initiatives and support quarterly business reviews
- Demographics research, reporting and recommendations to support diversity sourcing efforts and decision-making
- Partner with Future Talents and Employer Branding to establish success measures across branding, marketing, training and various Talent programs
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in a quantitative analysis role as an intern or full time team member
- Advanced MS Excel (QUERY, pivot tables, macros, visualizations) experience
- Experience in data storytelling and use of data visualizations to bring important takeaways and concepts to life
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a People function
- Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors
- Experience with Vizier, Hiretual, LinkedIn Talent Insights or other tools
