Talent Acquisition Manager

Here’s what that would mean for you in the Talent Acquisition Manager role. 


You’ll contribute to our vision and mission by enabling the growth and scale of our teams by hiring top talent to add to our culture. 

  • You’ll manage the full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of job requisitions. This includes sourcing, all scheduling and candidate communications, helping with initial screening of candidates, and closing candidates at the offer stage. 

  • You’ll reinforce and establish best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition activities. You’ll train hiring managers and interview teams on the best practices and help ensure compliance to maximize the candidate experience. 

  • You’ll partner closely with your hiring managers at each stage of the process and maintain relationships even when managers don’t have open headcount. 

  • You’ll work closely with HR colleagues to develop job descriptions and compensation recommendations for hiring managers.

  • You’ll develop a pro-active talent approach as it relates to employment branding inclusive of job advertisements, marketing strategies, events, etc. You’ll run employer branding campaigns in conjunction with HR colleagues and Marketing across social media (LinkedIn, BuiltinBoston, Glassdoor, etc.) and across a roadmap of recruiting and culture events, both internal and external. 

  • You’ll contribute to HR’s roadmap and help inform strategy for all things people. 

  • You’ll report to the Senior Vice President, People in the Human Resources department within the General & Administrative division.



How You’ll Use Your Professional Skills

You’ll use your 7+ years experience in recruiting (preferably with a blend of corporate and agency recruiting), HR, and/or administrative coordination to:

  • Close headcount reqs on time, as expected, and on or under budget

  • Establish and maintain strong consultative and working relationships with the rest of the HR team, hiring managers, and leadership

  • Effectively manage agency and recruiter relationships, tracking agency costs and staying on budget

  • Hold hiring managers and interview teams accountable for their own performance to meet recruiting targets

You’ll use your keen communication skills to: 

  • Report out on recruiting analytics and effectiveness up, down, and across Kyruus

  • Schedule interviews, keeping candidates informed on the stages of the process to maximize candidate experience and satisfaction.

  • You close your reqs on time and as expected.

  • You develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Kyruus business and the competitive marketplace. 

  • You reliably track, monitor, and report out on our talent acquisition and recruiting analytics. 

  • You work with our hiring managers to keep our days to hire and days to fill metrics as low as possible. 

  • You create an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. 

Where You’ll Go From Here

  • Kyruuvians in the Talent Acquisition Manager role can move in a more linear career path to a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager position. From there, you could explore another role within HR or progress to a management position within the Talent Acquisition vertical. 

  • Kyruus also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with you manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.

Our platform ingests, parses and organizes data from health systems' provider and scheduling data, providing customers with a platform to make finding a doctor and booking an appointment as easy as booking a seat on a flight. Scaling our match capabilities with new sources of data, algorithms and presenting it simply are current areas of focus.
