Recruiting Operations Trainer
Here at HubSpot, we’re building out a brand new Recruiting Ops team. This team will be hyper focused on the efficiency, enablement, and knowledge development of our 50 person, global recruiting team. We’re looking for a Recruiting Ops Trainer who will own the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of the Recruiting team as well as the continuous interview training of the hundreds of interviewers we have at HubSpot. You will be responsible for the strategic vision around all things recruiting knowledge and your success will be defined by a mixture of hiring goals and the overall success of the recruiting team. The focus of this work will be providing program management, execution, consultative support, and expertise to create a culture of continuous learning and growth on the recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit for all open roles on the global recruiting team; guide recruiting leadership in market insights, interview processes, and best practices around hiring a successful team
- Structure and deliver training programs around new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and interviewer training
- Work with recruiting leadership to structure metrics for success around recruiting development
- Create meaningful relationships with recruiters and recruiting leadership to uncover the areas for improvements and learning opportunities across the organization
- Approach all hiring and training with a global first and scalable mentality
- Partner with the overall Recruiting Operations team to align trainings and initiatives with system and process updates, optimizing for efficiency
- Become a subject matter expert on all things global recruiting and advise in areas not directly related to training
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience building out successful and scalable training programs
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting best practices, processes, and tactics
- 1-2 years in a full cycle recruiting role
- Strong program management skills as well as a track record of success around execution
- A consultative and engaging approach to encourage learning
- Experience influencing change in cross functional teams
