The Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an agile new role at Hopjump! The TA Coordinator will be key in supporting Hopjump’s in-house sourcing, recruiting, and hiring of A players, and settle for nothing less. They will be a critical member of a best-of-breed recruiting team to grow Hopjump, through sourcing & expediting the process from initial req to closing candidates. This person will be completely integrated in the hiring process - working closely with members of the Hiring Team and the Candidates themselves. This person will be an integral step in the process of moving Hopjump's sourcing predominantly in-house within the first 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the hiring of both analysts and engineers, supplementing the process from sourcing to offer letter
- Refine strategy from Day 1 - and provide valuable insight to improve recruiting efficiency using data and feedback
- Seek feedback from hiring members in the effort to hone in on the ongoing sourcing strategy.
- Become an expert in articulating our vision, business model, and operations within the first 3 months. Be expert at selling candidates on “why Hopjump?”
- Immediately present yourself as a positive face of the company - as you will be on the frontlines of candidate interaction throughout the interview process.
- Run the administrative side of recruiting, including scheduling meetings and calls, updating and running ATS (Greenhouse), following up to gather feedback on candidates, advancing candidates to the next step. All-in-all, overseeing the applicant pipeline from the time a candidate enters our ATS through being hired!
- Build out and own 2020-2021 Campus Recruiting Processes.
