About the Team:


Our global TA team enables business growth and success by partnering with our awesome employees to build a high-performance organization by attracting the right talent to Intralinks, promoting our Employment Brand and creating the best place to work, and having fun while doing all the above.

Overview:

  • Scheduling phone, video and onsite interviews between multiple parties in variety of global locations
  • Coordinating candidate travel for interviews and processing reimbursements
  • Ensuring that all candidates receive a positive and smooth interview experience by treating every interviewee as a customer and a guest
  • Providing support to the TA team in all aspects of the recruitment process

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a high-volume administrative role supporting numerous team members
  • Ability to be flexible and agile with changes and complex requests
  • Experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Outlook and an Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent people skills, communication, accuracy, time management skills, and ability to creatively communicate both verbally and in writing

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Assistant
  • Human Resources or Service industry experience
  • Experience with Talent Program/Operations tasks such as:
    • new hire onboarding
    • orientation
    • career fair scheduling and logistics
  • Experience using Workday ATS

Intralinks' Waltham location is located on the outskirts of Boston and easily accessible by vehicle, public transportation, company sponsored shuttle.
