We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Job Description:
We are actively seeking a Technical Acquisition Consultant who has an eye for talent to connect candidates with opportunities in our rapidly growing and dynamic organization. You will play a critical role in the growth of our organization while ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience executing effective recruiting campaigns to secure top talent from source to close. You are also goal-focused, enthusiastic to learn, and resourceful.
What You Will Do:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from end to end, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance
• Ensure seamless, positive candidate experience
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to produce a steady flow of candidates and referrals
• Respond to inbound applications with a sense of urgency
• Organize and lead post interview syncs
• Communicate data-driven hiring metrics
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to create ways to improve process and efficiency
• Embody the PatientPing employment brand
What You Need:
• 3-5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting across multiple departments at a high growth company or agency
• BA/BS degree
• 1+ year of sales and operations recruiting experience is required
• 1+ year of healthcare/digital health tech recruiting experience preferred
• Proven track record of sourcing, recruiting and closing exceptional talent
• Experience with sourcing tools, including Entelo, LinkedIn, AngelList, and Github
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, Lever preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers during weekly pipeline review
• Ability to work autonomously on projects and prioritize appropriately
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
