With a mission to humanize the hiring process, we leverage proprietary technology and skilled recruiters to provide “white-glove” service for both the candidates we support and the clients we serve. We focus on building long-term relationships with companies that have high-volume and ongoing recruiting needs.

Percy was born out of Professional Staffing Group (PSG), the largest Boston-based staffing firm and winner of the nationwide “Best of Staffing” award eight years in a row.
