Jobcase is looking for a motivated Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter to help lead the continued growth of our Engineering team. In this role, you will guide candidates through the interview process and ensure a seamless interviewing experience, foster diversity & inclusion, and provide a white-glove service to our Engineering leaders as they scale their teams. You’ll have a ton of exposure and work closely with the Engineering Leadership team. You’ll be joining an experienced team that is looking to partner with someone who is excited to be given freedom to drive outcomes and make a positive and long-lasting impact on Jobcase and their career.

What you'll be doing here:

• Join a team excited to add a partner that makes us even stronger and more efficient 
• Partner with Engineering Leadership to hire across multiple teams and build new ones 
• You’ll act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to offers 
• Utilize sourcing tools like LinkedIn and your existing network and market knowledge to maintain a consistent candidate flow for current and future openings
• Continuously work to improve and innovate on strategies to attract and hire amazing people nationwide (HQ in Cambridge, MA )
• Work with and communicate recruiting focused data to stakeholders
• Regularly participate and occasionally lead team projects to improve processes and mentor more junior members on the team 

About you and your skills:

• 3+ years Technical recruiting and Sourcing experience 
• Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, high-growth environment
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow in the People & Talent space
• Good understanding of Engineering languages, frameworks, and technologies (e.g. Java, React, AWS)
• Ability to triage to be purposeful with your resources
