How you will make an impact

  • Drive top of funnel activity including sourcing and screening while advising your business partners along the way
  • Manage search engagements from requisition intake meetings with Lead Recruiter to engagement to hire
  • Develop and execute outside-the-box research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data
  • Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to present data to influence decisions
  • Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and decision making
  • Partner closely with Lead Recruiter, hiring managers, and company leaders to share intel and hire the best talent across insurify
  • Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to leadership by developing, driving, and executing strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, and networking events
  • Build and maintain passive and active talent pipeline through proactive market research
  • Track metrics and leverage data to drive personal performance and improve overall recruiting efficiency

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree (Business admin, management, HR)
  • 4+ years of sourcing recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment
  • 2+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • Proven success delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods
  • In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment and ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
