Senior Technical Recruiter
Bullhorn is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

A typical day might include:
Proactively building pipeline for Product and Technical roles.
Managing an exceptional candidate experience from attracting to offer acceptance
Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
This role may be a fit for you if:
2-4 years Technical recruiting expertise
Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
Thorough understanding of technology, roles and skills
Exceptional communication skills

Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
