Senior Talent Associate
Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. Our Senior Talent Associate is critical to driving Bevi’s growth at scale. As a core member of Bevi’s small but mighty People Operations team and reporting directly to the Head of People Ops, you are a professionally-minded people person who is committed to providing the same best-in-class experience for our candidates and our employees as we do for our customers. Our Senior Talent Associate is passionate about hiring the next generation of Bevi colleagues and leaders: he or she will bring creative ideas and strategies to sourcing new candidates, impeccable process and execution to our talent funnel, and true enthusiasm and joy to the candidate and employee experience, well after hire. Our Talent Associate will have the opportunity to become involved in strategic initiatives related to broader employee relations and HR administration at Bevi as well.
What you will do:
- Coordinate seamlessly across all aspects of the recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interview and conversion
- Drive outbound recruiting efforts - bring creative sourcing ideas to the table, be proactive in outreach, cold call!
- Be metric-driven in approach to candidate pipeline and funnel: track key numbers and targets, understand levers that drive them, and bring suggestions and insights to improve
- Establish personal relationships with passive and long-term candidates, as well as employees that we hire
- Communicate knowledgeably and compellingly about Bevi and our brand, and explore new opportunities and mechanisms to better communicate Bevi’s employer brand
- Have interest in and aptitude for broader employee relations and HR issues, initiatives, and strategy
How you will grow:
- Lead the recruiting function in a rapidly growing company that hires across a wide variety of hot sectors (Software, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations), and work directly with Senior Leadership (VP and C-Suite) in doing so
- Engage with a variety of innovative recruiting, branding and sourcing mechanisms, and make recommendations on new systems and partnerships
- Grow in other functional areas of People Operations that excite you: HR administration, learning and professional development, culture and engagement, employee relations, etc.
- Deploy your energy and expertise to further the company's mission of sustainability, wellness, and positive personal and environmental change
Requirements
We think you will bring:
- Minimum 3+ years prior experience in Talent or People Operations (recruiting, staffing, HR). Prior experience at a start-up in high-growth mode (SaaS or otherwise) a plus, prior experience in technical recruiting a plus
- Experience or interest in broader Employee Relations and/or HR Administration a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and aptitude to become a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a true voice of the Bevi brand
- Impeccable attention to detail, precision to maintain excellent records across several systems, and ace calendar management
- Ability to juggle many moving pieces, and quickly pivot from one priority to another
- Ability to drive work independently and individually with limited oversight and in highly ambiguous situations
- Genuine interest in people and their careers, and desire to connect with people on professional and personal levels
