The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work a full lifecycle desk at Rapid7 and focus on hiring teams across our Corporate G&A and Marketing departments. The successful candidate will use active and creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7. We need a hunter – someone who is fearless, assertive and hungry. We need someone who can communicate effectively with both internal customers and candidates with various levels of experience. Job Requirements:

• This isn't your first rodeo – you have at least 4+ years of recruiting experience across the agency and corporate environments

• You have a passion for hunting and finding the right candidate for the role, raising the bar with every hire is the goal!

• You are comfortable partnering and advising internal stakeholders

• You are all about the team, but you can work independently too
