Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintains job postings on applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards & website
  • Maintains ATS – job opening status, applicants’ status, etc.
  • Interacts with outside recruiters and candidates, including scheduling phone and in-person interviews; ensures candidates have a positive experience from application to hire or rejection
  • Registers visiting candidates with building security and greets candidates visiting office for in-person interviews
  • Represents company at job fairs and other recruiting events
  • Assists with other recruitment projects and efforts as needed
  • Manages background check process for new hires
  • Completes internal documentation/notification and process for new hires’ equipment
  • Prepares new employees’ workspace
  • Assists with benefit administration, as needed
  • Assists with HRIS implementation and management
  • Assists with maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Other HR projects, as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience, including corporate recruitment
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures and their application in the day-to-day working environment and familiarity with applicable state and federal laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS & ATS
  • Experience in a rapidly growing small/mid-size organization strongly preferred
