Lead HRIS Analyst

With Cybereason’s continued growth, we are implementing new systems to help scale the organization, including Workday and a new Intranet. We are looking for a self-starter who loves to solve problems and is excited by the idea of building out and then optimizing our People systems here at Cybereason. The People Operations team is looking to hire a hands-on Lead HRIS Analyst to play a lead role in our global Workday implementation and support of additional modules and enhancements once we are live. Reporting into the Director, Global People Operations, this role will be key to giving our leaders, managers and employees a great experience using Workday. 


What You'll Do:

  • Serve as HRIS lead for all Workday functional areas (i.e. Benefits, HCM, Advanced Compensation, US Payroll, etc.).
  • Partner with the Integrations Engineer on both internal and external integrations
  • Act as the Business Analyst for the global People team to identify needs and help streamline our processes globally
  • Responsible for all People Systems at Cybereason and manage the roadmap for the People team
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders at the company


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of HR systems experience, including 2+ years of Workday experience; Ultipro and Greenhouse knowledge is a plus
  • Multifaceted experience in all areas of HR employee lifecycle management
  • Proven project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent organization and problem solving skills with attention to detail and completeness
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information, setting professional boundaries as needed.
