About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to help support the overall direction of the HR technological strategy. This role will report into the Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations and will partner alongside another HRIS analyst and various internal stakeholders. As a lead and practitioner, you'll get to roll your sleeves up and impact the way we operate as a team, drive value and efficiencies to the business, act as a subject matter expert in various business opportunities and challenges, and work on newer and exciting Workday products like People Analytics, Peakon and Journeys.
Responsibilities

• As a subject matter expert, and in partnership with the Director of Total Rewards and People Ops, lead and implement the strategic direction of various HRIS systems including ADP, BambooHR, CultureAmp, Greenhouse and Workday (in 2022) by defining initiatives and priorities, delivery model, short and long term goals, enhancements and training
• Continuous assessment and evaluation of business processes, recommend efficiencies and automation, and provide enhancements and configurations through the use of technology to achieve operational excellence
• Clean and structure current data sets for usability
• Create and sustain data management procedures and audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy
• Create and maintain HR metrics and HR scorecards to support analytical insights and business needs
• Lead participant and support in all stages of the implementation of Workday in 2022 with modules in HCM, Advance Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, People Analytics, Journeys and Peakon
• Support special projects relating to technology and analytics as needed

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of HRIS implementation and production experience, demonstrated skills and applied knowledge in Workday required
• In depth understanding of employee life cycles as it relates to HR internal processes (recruiting, career progressions, terminations, benefits, etc.) and its bilateral relationship and impacts to Aura's HR technological strategy
• Skilled collaborator in building strong relationships to various stakeholders
• Self-starter with proven ability to anticipate problems and proactively resolves issues
• Ability to adapt and pivot in fast paced environments
