POSITION:

We rarely have entry-level roles open our Talent Design team, and are excited to find someone energized by the chance to sink their teeth into learning strategic talent acquisition.

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and organized Associate Recruiter with an interest in the human capital space, and a desire to be part of a results-oriented recruiting function. This critical member of our Talent Design team will spend the majority of their time sourcing candidates in partnership with recruiters, and get the opportunity to learn. The ideal candidate is energized by both great data and great hires. This role is a temporary position working 30 hours a week through the end of April, with the opportunity for a full-time role with proven success.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Source, screen, and qualify top-tier candidates
  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to hone and align on candidate profiles
  • Use multiple digital tools to spread the word about PI’s employment brand
  • Tailor and deliver a persuasive and effective pitch to candidates
  • Support logistics and operations to create excellent candidate experience

Our office is close to lots of restaurants and a huge shopping area! Just minutes from the Rt. 128 train station, we're commuter friendly to everyone!

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

I think The Predictive Index really puts its people first. My manager has been really supportive of my needs in and out of the office. I think having a manager that cares about me as a whole person makes me feel more fulfilled and energized to come to work.

What does your typical day look like?

I'd say a good third of a "typical" day is spent meeting with people to make sure our team is building the right stuff and in the right way. Another sixth my day is spent interviewing or thinking about hiring and onboarding since we’re growing so fast. The last half of my day is hopefully spent programming! Building cool stuff is my favorite!
