We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You’ll be critical to PathAI’s recruiting process - from scheduling and coordinating interviews, making sure candidates and interviewers have a great experience, and working closely with partners across the organization to support special projects. 

What you’ll do: 

• Schedule interviews for candidates across a variety of teams and work closely with recruiters to execute a seamless interview process
• Communicate frequently & clearly with candidates to prepare them for their interviews
• Ensure that interviewers have the resources they need to execute an effective interview
• Maintain administrative systems for data integrity and streamlined processes
• Support the recruiting team with other tasks and projects as necessary, especially our D&I initiatives. 

What you’ll need:

• 1+ year of scheduling, coordination, or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize - you’ll have a lot of requests thrown your way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you’ll be the main point of contact for many candidates
• Passion for problem solving and creative thinking - crafting interview schedules around busy calendars should excite you
• Empathy and flexibility - you’ll provide excellent customer service to both candidates and interviewers
• Experience with an ATS (such as Greenhouse) preferred
