What does a Recruiter at Klaviyo do?
Execute the process - we have built a focused process that allows us to quickly evaluate candidates and determine if they are a good fit for the role. Our recruiters help make sure we follow the process to give candidates a thorough and swift experience with Klaviyo.
Organize feedback - with each step of the process, we collect feedback from interviewers. Each interview is focused on progressively painting the profile of the candidate so we can evaluate a complete picture at the end of the process. Our recruiters pull this picture together so we can make an informed, quality choice about who we bring into our company.
Hit goals - we are going to hire 24 people this year. Our recruiters take ownership over this goal and get in the trenches with us to hit this ambitious target.
Source - our recruiters find the best candidates. Even if people aren’t looking, they are able to identify candidates who have a high likelihood of being successful and inspired by Klaviyo’s mission and by solving difficult and complex process.
Your First 3 Weeks
In your first week, you will get acclimated to Klaviyo and our process:
- Take a Klaviyo product course
- Read about our mission and values
- Learn our process
- Meet the interviewers
- Read and digest all open job descriptions
- Understand the goals/targets for the year
In your second week, you will become a valuable member of the recruiting process:
- Source new candidates
- Schedule interviews for interviewers
- Start standardizing feedback
In your third week, you will push the ball forward:
- See a candidate to final review
- Get the best sourced candidates into on-site interviews
- Help us close a candidate
