A bit about this role:

As the Recruiting Coordinator you will focus your time & efforts on a great candidate and team experience. You will be a very important part of the Devoted journey for our candidates. It’s our hope that our new hires know our culture and how we work even before they start and their experience with you will be an important part of their candidacy. This is fast paced role that will come with ebb, flows and last minute changes. Your days will be spent in our Waltham office scheduling and shepherding our new hires-to-be. On the days when scheduling is light this role will help build our brand by supporting the talent team to post roles and find great avenues for candidates to learn about Devoted.

Responsibilities will include:

• Schedule phone, video and face to face interviews for multiple recruiters
• Support travel needs for our traveling candidates
• Post new roles to our career page
• Seek job boards, career events and opportunities to broaden the applicant funnel
• Assist with background checks
• Supporting recruiters with other projects as needed

• Great business acumen

Desired skills and experience:

• 2 years of scheduling experience
• Experience with scheduling multiple people in different time zones
• A comfort with confidentiality and the nature of the work that goes along with it
• Proficient in technology - you’ll be working in Gmail/ATS Lever/GSuite
